If you are planning to register for the USMLE Step 1 or Step 2 CK exams, it’s important to stay updated. Starting from January 1, 2025, the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) will implement new fee structures.

  • USMLE Step 1: $1,020
  • International Test Delivery Surcharge: $205
  • USMLE Step 2 CK: $1,020
  • International Test Delivery Surcharge: $230

These changes apply to applications submitted on or after January 1, 2025.
